San Diego is a large region therefore there are those newspapers which are published in the proximity of one’s city or county.  The main newspapers in the San Diego region are the San Diego Union - Tribune and the North County Times.  Other newspapers published are for a specific group like the Chinese Weekly, The Filipino Press or the El Latino.  There are also published in preference of interest like The Espresso, The Mesa Press and the Navy Compass.
