San Diego County Fair

San Diego county fair was organized in the year 1880 by a group of farmers to share their agricultural experiences with each other and techniques to get the best produce. Since then the fair is held annually in different locations till 1936, then it moved to present Del Mar home.

A number of vendors, performers, employees, craftsmen, sponsors participate in the fair from all parts of USA. The Fair employs about 1,500 people to work as ambassadors, ticket takers and sellers, exhibit workers, traffic/parking staff and other jobs.

Known performing artists, musicians and comedians give their best shots at Harrah's Rincon Casino and Resort San Diego Grandstand Stage.

The fair even features renowned environmental artist, Wyland, who will be on hand with each individual to help make a difference by making presentations regarding preserving, protecting and respecting earth.
